Go on a Late Night Drive to Look at Christmas Lights

We all know that specific neighbourhood or house that goes all out for the holiday season. They are always so fun to watch and admire. Keep warm from the cold by staying in your car listening to Christmas music while going through different neighbourhoods. Pack a thermos of hot chocolate as well for the drive. Make it a goal to find the best house in the city and share the joy with others!

Take a Picture with Santa Claus

Meet the king of Christmas and take a picture with the one and only Santa Claus! You can do this with your family or friends and make it fun. Maybe all of you guys will wear matching sweaters, make a funny face or pose, or all bring a small prop to hold up. There are many places where you can take a picture with Santa. Check out your local shopping mall if they have it or nearby festivals and pop ups. Send the picture to your loved ones as a Christmas card or an annual post on social media to share!

Christmas Karaoke

Holiday songs are one of the best songs to sing! Instead of doing regular karaoke, make it festive by singing classic Christmas songs, drinking hot chocolate, while wearing your best festive clothes. Holiday songs are one of the best to sing as a group and the activity simply radiates happy and comforting energy! Not sure what to sing? Click here to find the top Christmas songs of the season!

Visit a Christmas Market

Spread the holiday cheer by visiting a local Christmas market and supporting small businesses! A collection of boutiques, galleries, cafes, and restaurants, this place is perfect to give back to your community. You can find amazing items and food that you cannot regularly get at a huge chain restaurant or a grocery store. Everything at the market is so unique and tailored to the Christmas season! It’s so fun to go with friends and family and discover new food and clothes. Simple search up if there are any holiday markets or festivals around your area!

Secret Santa

Secret Santa is one of the most exciting and traditional gift exchanges to do with your friends and family. The element of mystery and surprise of who has to get you a gift is exciting. It is even more exciting when each person does not create a wish list so the person who has you has to get something they hope you would like! At the end of the day, gathering with your friends, guessing who got you, and receiving a fun gift is the perfect way to spread the holiday cheer.
